Refund Policy

Understanding our guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and digital product delivery.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business providing instant, algorithm-generated digital reports, our services are generally non-refundable once a report has been successfully generated and delivered.

2. Nature of Digital Products

When you purchase a ₹9, ₹99, or ₹299 report, the AI Scam Checker engine immediately expends computational resources and third-party API credits to analyze the target. Because this data is delivered instantly to your screen, the transaction is considered final.

3. Conditions for Refund

Refunds are only possible under strict technical circumstances. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a gateway error.
  • Technical Failure: You completed the payment, but the system entirely failed to generate or deliver the report.
  • Wrong Debit: Your account was debited incorrectly due to an internal system error on our platform.

Dissatisfaction with the results (e.g., the AI returned "Safe" when you expected "Scam") is not a valid ground for a refund, as outlined in our Disclaimer regarding AI limitations.

4. Refund Request Process

If you meet the criteria for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 3 days of the transaction date.

To request a refund, please email atauragency@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • The Razorpay Payment ID or Transaction Reference Number.
  • A clear explanation of the issue (e.g., "Amount debited but report not generated").

All requests are subject to manual verification by our technical team.

5. Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved after manual verification, it will be initiated immediately on our end.

The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (the bank account, UPI ID, or card used for the purchase). Please allow 5–10 business daysfor the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Fraudulent Requests & Misuse

We take fraud seriously. Any fraudulent refund requests, intentional manipulation of our payment system, or misuse of the chargeback mechanism will result in the immediate rejection of the refund.

Furthermore, accounts found engaging in such activities will be permanently suspended from AI Scam Checker India without prior notice.
